The contact form only requests information needed to reply to an inquiry: name, email, optional phone number, and message.

A single strictly necessary cookie is set without consent: "NEXT_LOCALE", which remembers your display language (French or English). It is not used for advertising tracking and never leaves the site.

No non-essential cookie or third-party analytics tool is enabled until you grant consent through the banner.

Data is used for customer communication, service planning, and website improvement.

No data resale is planned.

Information sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the last exchange, after which it is deleted.

No customer profile is built for advertising purposes.

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, Joker Esthétique management acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

To exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, or for any question about your personal information, write to jokeresthetique@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within thirty (30) days.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers are located in the United States. Information sent through the contact form transits through this provider.

Delivery of form emails is handled by Resend (United States).

These transfers outside Quebec are limited to the information strictly necessary to run the site and answer inquiries.

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, affected individuals and Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information are notified promptly, in accordance with Law 25.
